I understand that ad copy is due one week prior to the newsletter going out. The booking calendar is available on the following page after submission. Newsletters are sent out the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. It is the client’s sole responsibility to provide all necessary ad copy on time. We do not provide a "reminder service" for missing materials. If your ad copy is not received by the cutoff date, your scheduled slot will be forfeited without a refund. By checking this box, you waive the right to dispute charges for ads that did not run due to your failure to submit creative assets.
